1.Email us at email@example.com confirming your name, address, your order reference, the product involved and a description of the fault or damage.
2.If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection by our nominated carrier.
Should you decide you wish to change your order after delivery, providing that the original goods are returned to us in an undamaged condition we will exchange. There will be a surcharge for this service.
Should you decide for any reason to cancel your order prior to delivery a 5% admin charge will be incurred if the original payment was made by credit/ debit card. Should you wish to cancel after delivery, you have a 14 day period to do so, we will arrange collection of the goods, which must be returned to us in their original condition.
